SOUTHERN STAR OBSERVATORY SSO The Southern Star Observatory is the first project in Africa by London-based Globovist GES, a wholly independent business establishing a new worldwide security stable digital currency, the GES and planetary defence system. The SSO Project concerns an investment in the construction and equipping of a modern astronomical observatory and support buildings in Southern Africa. The SSO represents an opportunity to build an important structure with which to build knowledge and to further our understanding of the cosmos. The SSO will house a 2.70 metre (107 inches) reflective telescope capable of peering deep into space to unveil parts of the cosmos which are currently beyond reach and not well documented. It is a unique opportunity to add exciting new knowledge to the field of Astronomy as a whole. The observatory is expected to add significant economic value to the area and, to provide a focal point for major developments and investments transforming it into a regional economic centre of significance. The completed project will include the construction of five-star family residential accommodation and premium facilities turning it into a showcase of possibility. It is envisaged, in the next few years, to become a major tourist area attracting many of the world’s visitors in search of new places to visit. We believe in the imagination and dreams of the people of Africa. This investment will be an important opportunity to showcase the delivery of world class services in the region. We remain confident that any success arising from the SSO will lead to other opportunities to transform the continent.
